Dark blue cloudy pool water. I have been adding chlorine and using the chlorine tablets and i can not seem to bring up the chlorine levels. If the ph is too low less than 7 0 the water is too acidic. We are pool newbies. Poor water chemistry causes most cases of cloudy water.
